I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, well laid out, and had a retro yet modern industrial vibe. They were spacious with a sitting area and a great-sized Master Bedroom, perfect for when my hubby wanted a nap, and I preferred to read. The service was great, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, close to many attractions and helpful for our visit with family. The dining experience was good, albeit a bit slow, and unfortunately not included in our rate. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! It's easily one of the best places I've ever stayed in Canada. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The retro vibe with the record player and soul classic records was just awesome. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Toronto near great shopping spots. Although the dining options could improve a bit, everything else about this hotel was exceptional.
